If you do not agree to these terms in their entirety, you must immediately cease all use of our services. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and 365CBTF ("we", "us", "our", "the Company").

To be eligible to use 365CBTF's services, you must satisfy all of the following conditions:

• ✓You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete information during the registration and verification process.

As a user of 365CBTF services, you agree to the following obligations and responsibilities:

2. 2.Maintain strict confidentiality of your betting ID credentials (username and password). You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your ID.
3. 3.Notify 365CBTF immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your betting ID or any security breach.
4. 4.Use the betting ID solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes in accordance with applicable local laws.
5. 5.Not share, sell, transfer, or assign your betting ID to any other person under any circumstances.
6. 6.Comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and guidelines governing online betting and gaming in your jurisdiction.
7. 7.Cooperate with any identity verification, KYC (Know Your Customer), or anti-money laundering checks requested by 365CBTF or the betting platform.
8. 8.Not use any automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the betting platform in a manner that violates its terms of service.

All financial transactions processed through 365CBTF are subject to the following terms:

• ✓Payment Methods: We accept UPI, NEFT, IMPS, and direct bank transfers. All transactions must originate from a verified Indian bank account in the user's own name.
• ✓Currency: All transactions are conducted in Indian Rupees (INR) only.
• ✓Transaction Security: Users must ensure all payment details are accurate. 365CBTF bears no responsibility for funds sent to incorrect accounts due to user error.
• ✓Refund Policy: Service fees paid to 365CBTF for ID setup and management are generally non-refundable once the ID has been created and credentials delivered.
• ✓Disputes: Any payment dispute must be raised within 48 hours of the transaction by contacting our support team via WhatsApp with proof of payment.
• ✓Taxes: Users are solely responsible for declaring and paying any applicable taxes on winnings as required by Indian tax law, including TDS on net winnings above threshold limits.

365CBTF facilitates deposit and withdrawal support for your betting ID. The following terms apply:

• ✓Deposits are credited to your betting account promptly after confirmation of payment receipt by our team.
• ✓Minimum deposit amounts vary by platform — our support team will advise you of the applicable minimums when your ID is created.
• ✓Withdrawal requests are processed within 1–6 hours during business hours, and may take up to 24 hours during peak periods or weekends.
• ✓Withdrawals are only processed to the same bank account from which the deposit was made, subject to verification.
• ✓365CBTF reserves the right to pause withdrawal processing if suspicious activity or potential fraud is detected pending investigation.
• ✓Any discrepancy in withdrawal amounts must be reported to our support team within 24 hours of processing.

In compliance with Indian law, 365CBTF services are not available to residents of the following Indian states and union territories, where online betting and gaming activities are explicitly prohibited or restricted by state legislation:

Users attempting to access or use our services from these regions do so entirely at their own legal risk. 365CBTF accepts no liability for legal consequences arising from unauthorized use of our services from restricted regions.

The following activities are strictly prohibited when using 365CBTF services. Violation of any of these may result in immediate account termination without refund:

• ✗Using our services for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering, fraud, or financing of illegal activities.
• ✗Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or any verification process.
• ✗Creating multiple accounts or IDs to circumvent limits, bans, or terms of service restrictions.
• ✗Sharing, selling, or transferring your betting ID credentials to any third party.
• ✗Attempting to hack, manipulate, or exploit any betting platform accessed through a 365CBTF ID.
• ✗Using the services on behalf of minors or allowing minors to access your betting ID.
• ✗Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of corruption related to sporting events.
• ✗Harassing, threatening, or abusing 365CBTF staff or other users through any communication channel.
• ✗Circumventing geographic restrictions using VPNs, proxies, or other tools to access services from restricted regions.

365CBTF is committed to protecting your personal information. Our data practices are governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. Key principles include:

• ✓Data Collection: We collect only the minimum personal information required to set up and manage your betting ID.
• ✓Data Security: All personal data is stored using industry-standard encryption. We do not store payment card details.
• ✓No Third-Party Sale: We will never sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third-party marketers under any circumstances.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 365CBTF, its directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any of the following:

• ✗Any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of our services or the betting platforms.
• ✗Losses arising from betting decisions made using a 365CBTF-issued ID. We do not provide betting advice or guarantee any outcomes.
• ✗Technical failures, downtime, or interruptions of the betting platform that are outside our direct control.
• ✗Losses resulting from unauthorized access to your betting ID due to your failure to maintain credential security.
• ✗Errors or inaccuracies in betting odds or market information provided by the third-party platforms.
• ✗Legal consequences arising from your use of our services in a restricted region or in violation of local laws.

365CBTF is deeply committed to promoting responsible gambling. We encourage all users to bet responsibly and within their means. Our responsible gaming policy includes:

• ✗Engaging in prohibited activities as described in Section 08.
• ✗Suspected money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity.
• ✗Abuse or harassment of 365CBTF support staff or other users.
• ✗Non-compliance with a legal or regulatory requirement or court order.

Upon termination, your right to use 365CBTF services ceases immediately. Any outstanding balances on the betting platform will be handled in accordance with the respective platform's policies.

365CBTF reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time at our sole discretion. We will notify users of significant changes through:

• ✓A notice posted prominently on our website at www.365cbtf.com.
• ✓A WhatsApp message to registered users where practicable.
• ✓Updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.

Your continued use of 365CBTF services following notification of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated terms, you must discontinue use of our services immediately.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, including their breach, termination, or validity, shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties.

If resolution cannot be reached through negotiation within 30 days, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of India for resolution of any disputes.
